Mcdonald's - Lenoir City

Ordered food through the app like I always do only to show up to the location and they claimed to not have my order. They were not willing to refund the money or give me my order even though I had the receipt showing I just paid for the order. Will never go to McDonald’s again. Their managers suck!

McDonald's is McDonald's. I only go once in awhile for the Sausage McMuffin with egg sandwiches. I get two. They were made well. They toasted the english muffin good. Usually not crispy enough. They hit the spot.

I loaded $5 on the McDonalds app. When I received the mobile order, they told me to pay me back. I've already paid. I've been charged and never have anything to eat. I refused to pay twice. mcdonalds they are great.

The order kiosk malfunctioned and did not process my order. The counter attendant inaccurately input my order details four times, having to ask management to clear items on the register three times. When a manager brought the order to my table, it was without napkins. The coffee was a good match for the taste of wet cardboard.

I went to love's not McDonald's. The truck stop was nice with unique gifts. The prices were high but every thing is now. Clean restrooms, well staffed
