Kate Smith Soirée - Lenexa

We are huge fans of Kate and all of her amazing and yummy baked goods. It was a no-brainer that I had Kate make my husbands 40th birthday cake! She EXCEEDED all expectations and blew me away! Her attention to detail is amazing and she brought my vision to life! She’s so easy to work with, communication is flawless and pick up is a breeze. Highly recommend for all of you dessert needs!

For our wedding we decided to have a full dessert table instead of a big cake and it was the BEST decision!!! Our guests nonstop raved over how good everything was, and they loved having lots of options! Everything was absolutely delicious, a week later my husband and I are still going through macarons on the daily and I’m gonna be so sad when they’re gone? the macaron towers are a must!!!

The absolute worse decaf I’ve ever had. I actually am starting to wonder now if it was instant coffee because my expectations for decaf are LOW but this was not good. I left with a full cup. I’m going to take this $5 liquid home and try to fix it.The s’mores bar and red velvet Oreo cookie is really good! The cookie was super soft and the perfect amount of sweetness!My husband got a regular coffee and he also didn’t love his ice coffee. However, his was WAYYYY better than mine.$18 for 2 coffees, a s’mores bar and cookie!They offer military discount!

Kate is amazing! She is an excellent communicator and has the most delicious desserts. Her display for our mini dessert bar for our wedding was truly a work of art and she was so professional to work with.

I see absolutely stunning reviews for this bakery.. but unfortunately for me, it had been an ultimate fail on multiple levels. I have called close to 3 different times in regards to getting a wedding cake… and there was no call back at anytime they told me. I even managed to walk in (in the attempt an employee told me they try to different cakes).. well they only had 2. I’m glad the business is selling out their flavors, but extremely unprofessional in many ways of not having getting a callback especially on multiple attempts/inquires.We will go to another business that has better customer service.
