Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a very special bouquet of 70 flowers for my best friend's 70th birthday and they did an awesome job!! Thank you for all your help putting this together and for making it so beautiful! She loved it!!
The staff are great and always helpful. The remodel did wonders for it, and the pharmacy is a huge benefit. Several self-checkout stations, but there are always employees willing to check you out! It?s very clean and organized and easy to navigate. Bonus: the wheels on the carts always work!
I have been shopping her for many years. Lately their pricing on the shelfs are not matching what rings up at the register. I have had several issues like this the past couple weeks. Last week was cereal this week it was cliff bars. The shelf said .80 cents. I get to the register and they ring up 4 for 5.00. they were charging me 1.25 a bar. I told the lady at the register that these are.80 cents each. She looked at me then looked at the sacker. Thought she had adjusted the amount. I get home and seen. I was charged a 1.25 per bar. Very frustrating. I said screw it. Hy-Vee lost my business. I will go to Price Chopper.
Closest store to my house! Personally I just love Hy-Vee better than any other grocery store. Their fruits and veggies are always fresher than Walmart and Target. Their Halloween decorations are so cute! Shelves are always organized and easy to find items. I always use my fuel saver card so I can save money on gas.
I shop at HyVee all the time. The employees are always great, the prices are generally good, and the store is conveniently located. But what is the deal with the self-checkout lanes? Every time I 'm there half of the kiosks are flashing a red error light, with stunned shoppers wondering what they did to gum up the works, waiting for a manager with the magic card and passcode to clear the error and let them complete their purchase. The whole idea behind self-checkout is speed and efficiency. Neither of which is achieved with the current system (2022). HyVee, please get better self-checkout software and systems. Set the people free! Or at least give them a free cookie for their trouble.
