Holy Land Cafe - Lenexa

I love stopping by when I'm on this side of town. The food is so delicious! All the flavors are bursting out of each dish and all go together so well. Not to mention the rice is always cooked to perfection and the prices aren't bad either. The portion sizes make it easy to get full with just a little bit left over to savor for later.

Excellent Mediterranean in an otherwise unimpressive location. Good service and good prices make it a great lunch stop, too.

1st time having Med food. This place has a low key environment with great food and really quick service!

So I actually would like the baklava a tad sweeter but I can't think of any other quibble and no issues. Generous quantities of really good food. Got gyro and chicken schwarma platter ... started with baba ghannouj. All of it good even the veggie/rice sides and hot fresh soft bread which is key. Super friendly staff, quick service and food came out fast. No wait for a table. Place rocks!!!

This is the best Mediterranean style restaurant. We go there every time we come back to KC. We use to live in the area and ate here frequently. We moved to California and haven't found anywhere that's as good as Holy Land Cafe despite looking for something. We've found some comparable places but none as good.
