Applebee's Grill - Lenexa

With only 2 other parties throughout the restaurant around 4 o'clock on a Saturday service was terrible, had 2x for refilling and appetizer never came after eating. had to ask why after 30 minutes no eating and eating cold when it came. then had to point out that we had never received silverware, they gave us forks and knives, but had to explain that serviettes were beautiful. avoid this place

When my fiancée and I arrived, we sat and could order immediately. my drink took some time to come to my table, and there was no sugar on the felge. When our food arrived, it took a few minutes to arrive for our cutlery. I ordered the hunch and broccoli tie alfredo. the broccoli had a good taste, but the huh was lukewarm, it wasn't hot. my fiancée ordered everything you could eat with fries boneless wings, but the fries took about ten minutes to come to our table. When they arrived, he was full.

The worst culinary experience ever! get starter before getting our drinks or utensils. it looked like a couple of employees, but only 1 waiter. almost finished with appetizer before they came back for the rest of our order. When the food arrived, we had no utensils yet, we said they were washing them. the fries tasted old. we asked for new ones, and they tasted as if they had put old people in the frittier. I'll never eat at applebees again.

I'm in the middle of this thing. came 2 different days in the same week. the server was super nice and I can say that he was new, but only completely forget about and about and would be wrong objects to us and the table next to us. in any case, probably needed a few more training days before they were on themselves. the second time was better. was a 1 star, but was picked up by the second experience.

Tonight at 10:15pm I attempted to take a group of 7 to Applebee's. The restaurant wasn't very busy only 4 or 5 tables seated. We were told that we wouldn't be seated for 20 minutes. I assumed it was because of the large group and lack of tables to match that. I informed the manager that we would be happy to sit at 2 tables. He told me that there was only 1 cook so he wouldn't even seat us to have a drink (pop or water) for 20 minutes. We left and found another more accommodating restaurant down the street. We were planning on a $100 minimum for out bill... Business lost!
