Dunkin' - Lemont

This Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst I've been to. Not only is their customer service terrible, but they always mess up my drink order or give me something different than what I asked for. It's the nearest one to me, but I try to avoid it as much as possible. Every time I go, I hope they have new management and will finally get my coffee order right, but it's always a disappointment. If you're looking for a Dunkin' Donuts with good coffee and great service, I recommend going to the one in Homer by Bell Road.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes, but ultimately left without getting my coffee. The worker at the window was too busy talking to another customer and I could hear the whole conversation on the loudspeaker. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
