Starbucks - Lemon Hill

The coffee at this Starbucks is just as great as all the others. I really appreciate their consistency.

The chai latte is good, but it is not always consistent, even within the same location.

Starbucks used to be so good. At least they are still clean.

Easy location but no drive through. Our experience was quick and easy, in and out in 5 minutes.

When taking my order, I showed her a list of the drinks, she looked disgusted by me. Later, I told her that there should be 9 drinks, and including mine, there will be 10 drinks, so she had to correct my order. She initially put down 8 drinks only. I then asked the person who took the order if she could put the names of my staff on each drinks and she said no because it’s too late. Later, I asked her if she could put my staff’s drinks in cup holders and in a bag so I could carry them. I have a total of 10 drinks. Her response was… “Oh, then you should have brought another hand for help” with an attitude. I told her my staff are busy with catering orders, so I wanted to get them drinks for appreciation. This was during Christmas Eve; 10 minutes before 3:00 pm. The whole time from taking my order to the very end, she was rude, and I was polite to her. She is by far the rudest person I have ever met that works for Starbucks. She was a caucasian girl wearing glasses.
