Total comfort food, perfect portion size. Never had a mistake and I order from them all the time.

The pizza Cristina and Margherita was incredibly delicious. The tiramisù was fantastic! Grazie il Fornaio you are a gem in town!

The food was very bland! But what is truly infuriating is that they charge SO much and yet refuse to accept even basic special requests. I understand a place like McDonalds not allowing special instructions, but Il Fornaio wants me to pay their insanely high prices but then cant even give me the courtesy to simply ask to exclude an ingredient due to a dietary restriction?? And thats after already upcharging from their dine-in menu by a LOT! They clearly dont care about their customers.

There is hardly any sauce and barely any meat. This is the driest pasta I have had in a looong time and theres no flavor because of the lack of sauce. Also the tiny little cup of extra cheese for $2.40 is ridiculous. What a disappointing meal.
