Waffle House - Leland

Awesome staff! Awesome food! I called ahead, and it was ready when I got there! Definitely recommend!

They only take to go orders online now but there's no way to customize or change anything that doesn't normally come with the item selection. So if you would like to do so then you have to order when you get there and wait for it to be prepared. Which would usually be fine, unless you've just gotten off of a 13 hour shift and would like to get home as soon as possible. And with my options being very limited at midnight, unfortunately, I don't really have much of a choice but to oblige. The food was good, I just wish they would consider offering more customization options online.

This is a great establishment. We were seated right away on a weekend. Our server apologized right away saying they had a big party and it was going to be a wait. Whatever, at least we know. We wanted Waffle House and we were gonna get Waffle House. 15 mins later we have our food. Our drinks were never empty the whole time. Staff was working hard, they seemed overwhelmed but I can tell you the whole restaurant was happy. Keep up the good work. Will be back!

Staff was constantly arguing and cursing at each other throughout the visit…. It was very uncomfortable to sit and watch. Management repeatedly told two employees who were arguing to stop but they would not. Watched numerous health violations, employees touching raw food then touching cooked food…. One employee grabbed a handful of bacon from the refrigerator to place on grill, the raw bacon dragged across a plate of cooked sausage.

The waitress was so precious and accommodating to us. I love the waffles
