Dunkin' - Leland

I was prompted to create an account just to contact Dunkin' with a comment, but I wanted to share my feedback here as well. I actually sent them a letter to their physical address in Atlanta, GA. I wanted to give recognition to the woman who always goes above and beyond. Mrs. Justine not only consistently makes the perfect coffee or product, but her friendliness is truly exceptional. She is the reason why we choose to go to the Leland Store instead of other coffee shops. Mrs. Justine is professional, friendly, generous, and complimentary, and her exceptional service should be acknowledged. In today's world, someone like her truly stands out. It is evident that she is a kind and genuine person. Sincerely, a loyal customer.

I love to this Dunkin’ especially because of Justine. Every time I see her in the window, I know that my coffee tastes great, and she's always so sweet for my friends and me. She gets everyone right with her coffee when she works.

I visit many Dunkin' Donuts locations, but this one always impresses me. They never fail to make me happy when I visit. They always get my order correct and now that I'm a regular, they even know my order just by hearing my voice. This level of customer service is the best I have experienced from Dunkin' in a long time. I believe it's thanks to their management, who I heard moved over from a Wilmington location. Keep up the great work, and thank you for always starting my day off right with the perfect cup of coffee.

Matcha latte perfection. also the cash (I think her name was erica) was very friendly and cheerful.
