Very convenient for me, nice coffee and sweet treats, plenty of space inside or outside, staff very competent and friendly.

Really, really disappointing experience. Had bought a wrap in the Spar opposite, and then bought two coffees from Insomnia, it was raining and we couldn't walk home so we sat outside. A member of staff then came out to us and very rudely told us we couldn't eat food that wasn't bought in the shop, despite us being paying customers and spending money on their coffee. We were honestly spoken to like we were stupid children, it was so embarrassing. I live locally and visited Insomnia on a weekly basis and unfortunately for them, will never return.

Staff very unfriendly and down right rude, when I asked for the 5 hot chocolates that I had purchased to get a bit of hot milk on top of them as I felt they were cold I was told the reason I they were cold is because it took the children so long to decide what cakes they wanted!! 5 hot chocolates, 2 large coffees and 6 cakes!!!, I can tell you I would not purchase from here every again!! She was lucky I was in a good mood before I went into the shop!!
