Pizza Rominos - Leicester

Food ok but delivery driver so rude! No smile or customer service! For that reason I wouldn't bother again.

I placed an order online and received a confirmation email and text message stating that it would take approximately 50 minutes. However, 1 hour and 20 minutes later, I called the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order, only to be told that they never received it. I explained that I had received confirmation from them, but was met with rudeness and denial instead of an apology. I will not be using their services again.

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. There were no allergens listed on the pizza menu, despite our order being for a buy one, get one free deal. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, but it came with mushrooms, which we are allergic to. When we called to inquire about this, the staff said we should have checked the allergens on Just Eat (even though we ordered directly from their website). They were not helpful and extremely rude.

Ordered from here twice and neither time have we ever recieved our food both times they took the wrong address and we recieved nothing obviously after it happeneing twice we will not use for the third

Food tastes great but this review is based on hygiene. Went there tonight for a take away, while waiting, the female server had a coughing fit. She never covered her mouth and certainly made no attempt to leave the food preparation area, someone has got a portion of chips tonight covered in her germs. Not more than 2 mins later, she went behind the pizza preparation area, there were 3 people behind there, and one of them sneezed. Someone has got a pizza covered in germs. No one behind the counter washed there hands at anytime after handling cash and other objects before touching food, and no one was wore gloves whilst touching burgers. Hair nets would be a good idea on some members of staff, or hair tied back at the very least. Good tasty food but poor hygiene
