Culver's - Lehigh Acres

I always see long lines here and never understood the fuss. Finally decided to get a burger from there and it was amazing. Well seasoned and very tasteful. I'm not sure how I can go to another fast food burger place again

Great food and service. I have to say I was shocked when I used the bathroom in the Lehigh store that there's a used needle dispenser in the ladies room. I don't know what I don't know I don't know but maybe an employee emptied the bathroom trash and got stuck with a dirty needle??? This world is crazy and I have never seen this before anywhere else. My hats to your owner if you have done this to protect your employees. We can't take the usage of drugs out of society but we can take steps to protect the ones that choose a different path in life. My heart goes out to those with addiction issues. I guess this was a HUGE reality check for me. It's a real problem in our world. I love the food though and I don't eat much fast food. All day long I can eat some Culver's and ice cream too!!!

The food here is fantastic! However, I did have one issue: there's an employee named Mariana who was quite rude. I understand that everyone has their days, but professionalism is important, especially in the service industry. I hope Culver's addresses this and has a conversation with Mariana about it.

We had a pleasant experience with a friendly server who took our order. It was great to see the teamwork among the staff. Our food arrived quickly and was brought to our table without delay. The burgers were delicious and served hot. The only downside was that the trash bins were overflowing, and the dining area could have been cleaner.

The burger I had was fresh and juicy, just boiled directly on the rust. Come back!
