I've left a review before but I'm still blown away every time I come in. We got a gift card here for my birthday but there were some problems with it and they went above and beyond to take care of them and make sure we were happy. The manager is who helped us and I have never been so impressed by a manager before. It's an easy place to have as a favorite restaurant. They will take care of you!!!! Food: 5

My $30 got lobster roll was like eating cold Rubber. It was inedible. The coconut shrimp was over done, and the fish and chips were not high quality, and fell apart. They served tartar sauce in a tiny bowl that you couldn’t even dip the fish in. We spent $73.00 and threw most of our food away. Very disappointing. I won’t go back. The worst Lobster roll I've ever tried to eat. Two bites in and the rest went to the trash it was cold (I asked for hot) and rubbery.
