I put a three for food mainly because I’m expecting it to be okay, but I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes now waiting for my food and as I look around the not-very-clean dining room with overflowing garbage cans, very few people actually have food in front of them and maybe two names have been called since I sat down. Don’t know how much longer I will wait before asking for a refund and going elsewhere. Service: Dine in

I had 4863 reward points. I thought it would load and I could use it until it was gone. It was worth 50$. When I clicked on it, it was to use all on one order. Been here several times. Mostly bad experiences, we probably won’t be back. Food is very pricey now. Smoothies are ALWAYS watery but of course they aren’t hesitant to charge you an arm and a leg for one. Soup is cold AGAIN. French dip has way too much bread. This ain’t the same kneaders you know save yourself a 30 minute drive thru wait and go somewhere else that puts quality first. Price per person: $30–50
