U was in drive thru and all was good until I got my food, beef and cheddar meal sandwich was made messy and curly fries I got was old and hard. Very disappointed! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I don't think I've ever been served the ends of the roast beef. I must just get lucky in the past, but on this visit I got big chunks of roast beef I wasn't sure if it was even the right sandwich. The floors felt like they were mopped with soda as it was sticky everywhere. The staff seemed more focused on drive thru as it was difficult to get their attention to request all the missing stuff from our order or in the condiments section. Service: Dine in
