Captain D's - Leesburg

I usually use the drive through but today I decided to go inside The food and employees were great but the restaurant was old and in disrepair The ceiling is wet and moldy Who ever owns this restaurant does not care about their building It’s usable but not pretty I really like Captain D’s restaurant chain and visit once a week but I will continue to drive through

As soon as we walked in we were greeted! We both had the fried chicken fish added a side of fried shrimp. Food was hot delicious! Been eating Captain D's since a child with my Granny still love it after to honor her memory. Great job staff!!! Everyone was great

I went in for takeout because there speaker in drive through isn’t the greatest and I wanted to make sure my order was correct. There was no one else inside so the wait wasn’t horrible only a couple minutes. The front lady was cleaning when we walked in. The manager on duty wasn’t very professional we heard all about how she wanted to leave. Encouraging one of the two others to leave so she would be forced to close. To me that’s not something your customers should hear while waiting on their order to be filled. Then apparently there was a mess up with DoorDash orders. Yep we heard all about it. Well some advice to fix that problem ask the dasher to see the name on the order they will show it so next time the right people get there food. Our food took awhile but it was actually well made and we have no complaints about the food. The manager clearly needs to have a better attitude and instead of saying how bad she wants to leave and go home encouraging your employees that they are doing a great job and keep the hard work up would of been better. Also they got busier while we waited on our order and what did the manager do go do dishes instead of helping the front girl or the one lady who was cooking that was overwhelmed with orders.

It pains me to say it but this Captain d 's is not worth your time, order was wrong. The girl operating the takeout window is rude. Non-communicative worst of all, you 're trapped in the drive-thru and you can 't leave when it 's taking too long. Literally spent 30 minutes to get food because I didn 't even have an option to leave. Borderline torture no apologies cruel and unusual punishment for someone seeking freshly fried fish.

Went here for the first time they did not disappoint
