There seems to be enough staff in there but maybe they need some more training on keeping a line moving and the containers filled. Food is good and my kid lovesit here, so I will not stop going but hoping service improves. NOTE: The drive through is only if you order online or throughthe app. Also, no seating inside.
While we were excited to have this location closer to home? looks like we will continue to drive farther! Every experience we?ve had has not been pleasant. With it being a newer location there was some grace given? but when it is consistently bad?there?s an internal problem that?s not being addressed. We have received our food with food and salsas all over the outsides ofour bowls? just smeared all over. Not to mention the multiple times I ordered Guac on my online order and then never receivedit. My husband went in again tonight at 5:45pm only to be told they ran out of guac?. I get not having it maybe at the end ofthe night, but at 5:45pm? This making it the 3rd time? are they even making guac? The pieces of meat I get in my burrito orbowls I get sometimed I?m unable to chew bc it?s gris? just save your money and go to a different location until this onedecides they actually want run a successful business.
I went there tonight to get food and the didn't have any white rice. So I had to go the chipotle on Chipman to get my food. I get there and the don't have any chicken. So I had to get my bowl with no meat from the one on Chipman and then had to go backto this one on Oldman parkway to get the chicken. The guy barely gave me chicken and the girl at the register didn't evenapologize and charged me almost 4.00 for some chicken. No discount for inconvenience or nothing. I'm calling corporate.
Went to this brand new Chipotle location and it was horrible first the store was absolutely filthy there was water all over the floor by the soda machine the rug was soaking wet and smelled like mildew no one cleaned it up just put out a wet floor sign. Myfood was not great I ordered a chicken steak bowl a neither proteins was cut properly it had very big chunks of meat that Ihad to cut to make it bite size and my steak had the Pollo asado seasoning on it this store has some terrible employees
Similar to the other reviews I ordered my food for pickup which was promised at 7:50 and was told ?it will be a while? and I didn?t actually get my food until well after 8 after watching 10 15 people come right in front of me and order their food andgo. There is no reason anyone should be waiting for over 25 minutes for a to go order. I asked if I could just go through thelobby line and have that line make my food but they refused. Then once I received my food and went to eat it, they clearly didnot scoop anything into the actual tacos seems like it was done intentionally or maybe they just threw the food in the bag.Either way still not ok. They really need better management and better policies and procedures so they aren?t getting so backedup with to go orders while the main line is standing around waiting for people to come in. The manager Katie didn?t seem to careat all, she didn?t step in one time to help anyone or even her team.
