Unacceptable Service and Endless Waiting Last night I had an extremely disappointing experience with Domino 's Pizza. After placing an order before 7 pm, my night turned into an endless wait with no sign of our pizza. Despite multiple calls to the store, the staff was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. Their dismissive response was to just wait, leaving my whole family frustrated and hungry. Given the complete failure of your service and the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff, I believe a refund is in order. I paid for a service that was not fulfilled, and the overall experience has been highly disappointing. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would caution others considering Domino 's for their lack of reliability and professionalism. Just paid 16.50 for butter chicken pizza, took my money and never delivered, i got an email acting as if they delivered. ordered at 10:35pm they dont shut until 11pm so please pick up. horrible practices. at least refund me if ur not going to deliver a pizza. Just wanted to compliment the young, Caucasian worker who attended to me when I picked up my lava cakes today. It's rare nowadays to get someone greet you with genuineness and enthusiasm which they did. Although it was a very short interaction, I appreciated it very much. Didn't want to leave this feedback, however ordered for a client and was advised it was delivered but no pizza! Have been trying to call for the past hour with no answer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tried to order online, via their special as advertised on their landing page...which dissappeared once I pressed the order button only to be replaced by another special $5 dearer. I decided to keep going and tried to click through and select side dishes but then their automated page kept failing. I called the local shop and they refused to honour their advertised special, citing they need a code. The webpage does not display codes for specials. Well done Dominos. Absolutely useless systems and poor customer service. We then waited an extra half hour for our local pizza place to open. Cost more but better pizzas and better service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
