Bidrage med feedbackI was with my friend who is a senior and who is old, fragile and takes time to decide what to order, at the switch there was a lady who is a supervisor, her first name is Judith, her body language... was so loud with a suggestive hand gesture to hurry and place an order, she was very impatient. After taking our order, I told her you were a very impatient person, she was rude and said yes I am. I asked for her manager name for a minute, she was reluctant, my name and my second request, she did. Tim Hortons should focus on providing sensitive training for their employees to avoid such an incident. Tim Hortons spends millions of dollars in advertising and I think they should focus on customer service training with the focus on sensitive training as well as on how to deal with customers with mental illnesses.
Here many times stopped and the service is always fast efficient. The usual Tim's menu, but only about 3 people wait in the line you are out of the first door.
This location was easy to reach from 50th and was quickly served. Although we only ordered ice caps, black coffee and donuts, the service was fast and very respectful. Would certainly return to this place when in her city.
Very funny and friendly atmosphere especially with city council people volunteers for the Camp Day. Everyone worked together and still gave excellent service.
This Tim Horton's offers the expected good standard of food beverages that I've come to expect form this restaurant chain.
