Shout Out to Leduc Marble SlabI had a mishap with my cake so I gave Marble Slab in Leduc a call and they hooked me up last minute with a birthday cake..Delicious as alway, being able to get me a cake last minuteOver the years we have had lots of cakes Definitely Recommend this location

One of my fave ice cream places staff is typically great sometimes there's a few that don't seem to care to be there the one person looked high out of her tree. But over all I do enjoy coming to marble slab and getting some ice cream, I do like how they have vegan style now as I have family that can't have dairy so it's a nice alternative

In store tonight we ordered two of their creation options. Both made incorrectly wrong ice cream and wrong toppings….neither tasted great either. The lady didn’t apologize or offer redo. Not impressed with lack of knowledge or customer service

I ordered my mobile order and have multiple complaints!1-my order was not ready when I got there2-the things I ordered on my app was not what was in store. This should be fixed on the app3- the guy working behind the counter should not be there without supervision as he is new4- when I tried to get my money back for what the store did not have the guy had to call the manager who would not answer him5- you should have a manager there at all times or one who answers and can be available6- the guy behind the counter wanted me to leave without my refund7- I’ve was there for almost 2hrs when it should have been ready for me when I got thereI’ve been going to this store sense it opened but they are going down hill. Very upset!!!!
