Bento Sushi - Leduc

Very terrible customer service, mean staff and unfresh products, the management should really review the people they hire for, this lady we have had yesterday has no customer service skills at all, worst store, one star is even too much, will never go back!

I was walking by to the washroom located in the food cout and observed the lady making sushi and at the same time putting the filling in her mouth and continued to make the sushi rolls. To be honest this is not safe food handling practice. Just thought you should know

Food court level food so food quality is definitely on the lower end. Ramen way too salty. Service is all right.

The lady in charge doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. No greeting no communication no nothing.We ordered one bento and one poke and the portion is extremely small. Like we didn’t eat anything after we have finished it.
