7-eleven - Leduc

7-Eleven is my go-to convenience store. It's always there when I need a quick snack or drink. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean and well-organized. With its 24/7 operation, it's the ultimate convenience on busy days. Highly recommended!

Condescending staff. You can tell they bad mouth customers in their language.

Been going here for years and unfortunately wont be back again. Last night Nov 16th) around 5:00 I went in to exchange a wall charger or whatever its called, I had my receipt that i gave them and the charger that was basically unused. The ladies that were at the counter did everything they could to stall the process, they asked me what the date was even though it says on the receipt, they said they had to wait for a manager, and the only times he is in we’re totally inconvenient, one of the ladies started totally ignoring us and the other was mumbling something under her mask and im hard of hearing so i didn’t understand any of it. The strangest thing is is that ive known these ladies for years. After 10-15 minutes of standing there holding up the line they finally budged and gave me my money. Thanks for my $10 back.

It happened twice to me at pump number 2 . I pay at pump and when I press RegularClean it dispense SuperClean and charged the price which is 0.20 cent more per litre. When enquire at the store, staffs have no clue what to do. It's a corporate thief to hard working people. There should be some sort of answers/solutions when things like this happen. We all know that Gas is expensive nowadays. Find solutions or else, across the road Co-op Gas Station will be my next go. I'm really disappointed.
