Bidrage med feedbackWe were tempted to find this wonderful restaurant. Everything we have eaten from the beginning to the end has been carefully cured and served with care. My husband had the Asian wings, wedge salad and salmon. Everything was extremely fresh, the flavors were beautifully paired and each had small unexpected but lovely elements. I had a burger that was extremely fresh and the best burger I had in 25 years. I say that because this burger brought a memory of one I ate in college and was so amazing that I also ordered one. Also the Scotch egg was fantastic. You are one of my favorite things, so I was pleased to see it on the menu. We also had chocolate mousse cakes and rum chatta cheesecake for dessert. Both were delicious and clear in the house. The quality of the food was high, the service was friendly and timely and care was given to specific allergy requirements that I had. We look forward to our next visit.
The service was very good. Due to the very high rent, this restaurant is closed. This is a shame because it is in a large old building that has a lot of atmosphere.
We will really miss this place when they close. We look forward to seeing them at their new location in Lititz.
Whenever I find myself in Central Pennsylvania, I always make it a point to stop by the Foundry. The dishes are consistently creative, and their dry-aged steak is the best I've had in a while. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is top-notch.
A little on the pricier side but no more than any other craft brewery type place. Ordered a few brick oven pizzas and a bunch of small plates to share amongst a group. Our server was amazing and went above and beyond. After ordering a beer she asked me a bunch of questions and steered me in another direction to make sure I got something I would like and she did not disappoint. Would go back in a heartbeat and am ready to visit again when they move.
