Sonic Drive-in - Lebanon

The worst milkshake I have ever had. It had no flavor and seemed to be of all things... watery? If makes sense to anyone! I won't go back to this place for quite awhile

The speaker was messed up, she was having a hard time hearing me. But the food was fast and hot. On point.

Terrible food never going back! Only ordered two breakfast burritos and a corn dog, corn dog burned over cooked my kid couldn’t even eat it, burritos barely had any sausage.. sad being the only sonic in Lebanon.

I don't know how to genuinely give 5 stars for atmosphere for a Sonic. But for fast food and service, the Lebanon, Tennessee store on W. Main Street is great. I've never had any issues there. With the only exception being a corporate problem, to fix/update the card readers at the vehicle stalls. I've complained to corporate and it falls on deaf ears.

I don’t come here often but when I do the service is great. My only complaint is that the screens are broken so when I pay with card I am never able to leave a tip. It has been like this for more than 2 months. It would be nice to be able to leave the carhops a tip and have screens that actually work when the tip screen comes up. Service workers rely on tips and I hope they get their screens fixed soon because they are causing their workers to lose money.
