Best ricotta you are going to find. It reminds me of the fresh ricotta I made with shepherds in Sardinia. The impastata is the smoothest and creamiest I've ever tasted. They take an enormous amount of pride in their work and you will not be disappointed. I'm so glad I found Lebanon Cheese Co. Excellent!

I came here early one Saturday morning because I heard that this was the best ricotta ever. IT IS. You will never have ricotta like this anywhere else. The gentleman there (owner, maybe? was so kind and generous to me. I will now only go there for my ricotta, and I am excited to go back to try some of their other products, like mozzarella and raviolis and sauces. Support local!

The best! Long time, Hunterdon County, old-school Italian family lives on site. Tender home-made Mozzarell, thick Ricotta, and other Italian specialties.
