Food was terrible. Burnt meat, not fixed as per order

Food was aweful, fries cold, big boy thrown together old burgers barley any sauce and cold.

I have had multiple negative experiences at your restaurant. Every time I ask for something extra, like more pickles or tartar sauce, I receive very little or none at all. This has happened on several occasions, even when I go through the drive-thru myself. Additionally, I ordered a hot fudge cake once and it did not come with a cherry, which is usually my favorite part. I am usually easygoing and understanding, having worked in retail and food service myself, but this consistent issue needs to be addressed. I don't feel like I am asking for much, just a little improvement in customer service. Thank you.

I wish the hash browns weren't so oily. Everything else was delicious.

The burger I ordered was missing ingredients and came with cheese despite my request for no cheese. The chili I ordered was served in a cup instead of a bowl, and did not come with the cheese or onions I asked for. Additionally, there was a thick layer of grease on top. I was only able to eat half of the sandwich and my soda. The sandwich was supposed to have extra tartar sauce but was so dry that it was difficult to swallow. The onion that was added to the sandwich was spoiled and had to be removed. If I don't get sick from this meal, it will be a miracle.
