Nevertheless, if you find yourself in the hospital and need a quick bite it is not a bar option. After eating in much more populated areas at other sites of the chain, I was not disappointed. The food was expected with the quality and the service was very professional and polite. They were also a good choice for a vegan option of sandwich and soup.
Absolutely amazing! Super fresh and excellent quality food. The bread is fresh as possible and very tasty for a white bread! I always get the Turkey Club because the Cheddar is perfectly sharp, with the bacon and crispy salad, cut off with this fresh juicy turkey. It's crazy, really. Hahaha! Strawberry Lemonade is also recommended for dying, definitely! Very fast service even if busy, and you can preorder, I believe.
I went to coffee and bagel every morning. Sidney is not a person. She works behind the counter. I understand they're busy. But she treats people, is terrible. I spoke to the superior there, and told her how I felt about the way I was treated. I think the superior must have spoken to Sidney. Because when I left the other morning, Sidney was very rude to me. I'm still going there, but only if Sidney doesn't work.
This restaurant is always available in the hospital. And I think it’s open 24 seven. It started to get pricey since I got a cappuccino and one of five or six sandwiches that are good, and/or soup, and went there every day. No I just get the help he knew cheddar bagel with cream cheese three or four days of the week and it’s dirt cheap and I am just as satisfied. The people are friendly there. Sometimes it gets busy. The cafeteria is a good alternative.
It is a friendly place to get a sandwich and a coffee. It is crowded and hectic around lunch, so I would suggest you order online and pay so you can grab and go to avoid the cripple around these times. I see the complaints about professionalism, etc. It is a fast restaurant, not a fine culinary experience. Staff cheer five or six commands in their head while watching coffee pots and napkin bins and listening to our specific wishes about tomatoes or dijon mustard and trying to manage a lot of people in a line; this on top of their own personal tensions because they are people. Try to smile and treat your problem in a detachable way. They will really try their best, but sometimes, by no one's fault, things go wrong and can't be fixed. It happens in any other room in DHMC, but here it's just a sandwich. Stop it, grab it and say hello. They are all great people and really want to leave any interaction on a positive note.
