I've never been disappointed by Parisi. Excellent espresso drinks and pouring, knowledgeable staff. It's just personal taste, but I love the design of this store. Unfortunately, I'm just in the KC a few times, or I'm regular.

This is a great hipster place with Beardy-Clad (male) staff and pour coffee. What I love: They make their own syrups that are unique and you can really taste the taste they claim to be. Friendly staff. Coffee is fresh and fantastic. It's fun to watch how your drink is made here... the crema on the top of the espresso recordings is exquisite. The best latte art. Varied drink and seasonal. Con: Has the seat! I'm sorry. More comfortable seating can go a long way.

Great place to catch your breathe and have a pour over Ethiopian style. UPDATE: More important than the pour over is the sugar-free vanilla latte. This is by far THE BEST I 've ever tasted! Made with Parisi 's own vanilla flavoring this coffee is perfect. I take mine with an extra shot of espresso. My favorite! Coffee is great, but the cafe needs more interior color. Not fond of the European sterile look. Also, the stool/chair legs need to have plastic pads to help them slide easier on the concrete floor due to their awkward design.
