Although they were equally good the very favorite was the creamsicle flavor- yummy!Karen has other goodies which we tried as we sat there and enjoyed a cup of coffee and tea.
The guy working there was great and the cheesecake was great. The cupcakes tasted all the same... flavorless. I bought 5 cupcakes, all different yet the same. I wish they were a bit better but I will skip the cupcakes next time.
Karen is what makes this place awesome! It's always cool to meet the chef, especially when they are so passionate about what they do. All the products are well researched and very good! When we were looking at the chocolate chip cookies, Karen offered a sample so that we could try it first. We got a few and also the chocolate cheesecake. If someone is less familiar with sugar free or keto, these treats are not *exactly* like the conventional recipes, but I liked them! If you're someone who is committed to diabetes management, a low carb diet, gluten free, or keto, this place is IT!!
I just want to say that my husband stopped by this shop yesterday to get me some birthday goodies. I had a few different cupcakes and cinnamon rolls. I am very impressed with how great they taste. You wouldn't know they are gluten free if you were not told. Thank you for creating this wonderful place!
My husband and I had the chance to visit Karen’s Corner today and we highly recommend this sweet little cafe. My husband is the “ heart breaker “ and the first to ask for a slice of the red velvet, heart shaped cake that is displayed at the front counter! The cake was absolutely delicious, moist, and incredibly flavorful! It didn’t taste Keto-“e”. Coffee was excellent and that truffle nugget was also a delicious treat! Thank you !!! We’ll be back again!
