Excellent restaurant, we eat from the corner, the Service is done with care, kindness is put!

More tourist restaurant? I'm not here, I'm a tourist. But in any case, they have a good taste to do this right! For me, a tourist restaurant is a restaurant that offers typical local dishes, putting them well on the map, and that assumes you when you pay. Not because it's expensive, but because it's too expensive for what it is. That's the opposite, it's really cheap for what we eat. And they don't make typical local dishes, they reinvent them to show them worthyly in a restaurant. Adding a selection of super interesting beers, it can't hurt. And finally, you know what? They're really nice. Very commercial, helpful, attentive, perfect. In addition, we wait 10 minutes planted on the terrace of a restaurant with tourists because its boss prefers to count his under as taking care of guests, and it is really good to meet this kind of table. If you pass through Puy-En-Velay, you know where to eat!!

Too good. The ingredients used for recipes are local (especially lentils) and their lens dessert (which may seem strange looking at the map) are wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant, which, in the centre of Puy en Velay, will welcome you to taste their specialties.

A simple and very friendly place. The waitresses are very nice and the chief went from table to table. We took lentils and pounti, simple but very well prepared dishes. Last thing: I rarely saw toilets as clean for a restaurant in a tourist area. Bravo to the team.
