Eating is incredibly good and the cook is funny and cheerful. be not serious and enjoy a wonderful moment! try the local fleet: verveine! take a minute to play with the cook. They trust me to end their teller.

Really nice feeling, restaurant and very hospitable hostesses. that was fast. play du jours was a lasagne. good.

Completely unpretentious, friendly, really good hearty food in the middle of the old part of Le Puy en Velay. It was Monday in mid October and the place was packed, so we shared a table with a charming woman who was taking her lunch break....By the end of the entrée we had discussed François Hollande in some detail; by the end of the plat du jour the damage being done to small shops by supermarkets and the internet. If, or rather when, I go to Le Piuy again, this will be my first destination for a meal. Possibly my second as well!

Friendly service and lovely simple bistro fare in a quaint dining room. The Chef and waitress were very welcoming and it was apparent that they put their hearts into providing genuine hospitality in a cosy atmosphere. Eating alone, I was also very happy to share...a table with others. We had good conversation to accompany our wonderful meals.
