Entrance with black mud with apples and blackcurrant... just excellent. Main dish: melted beef filet with perfect cooking and purée of impeccable sweet potatoes. Dessert tart just as good. Everything was very well presented, well cooked; We think there's a real chef in the kitchen who loves his work. Small detail that makes the difference: bread (very good) as water are, thanks to the eye of the server, booked quickly. Therefore, special mention for young people in service (content and knowledge) who were very pro. Coffees offered. If I could put six stars, I will. Thanks to Karine and the whole team.
