Auberge Du Choucas

We have been attending this hotel every year in April. We are able to compare it with the experience we have from this hotel range in France and in different countries in Europe or outside. We find it very attached to the qualities that are mentioned in its presentation: the charm of a house of the seventeenth century, its location in the old village of Monêtier but with pleasant views on the mountain, its proximity to the terms, but also the state of mind maintained by its owner, family, good child, with real furniture, of go paintings, an iconography in harmony with the history of this house otherwise impregnated For us and all those who like to be able to get out of the beaten paths, in the process of disappearance as a result of the proliferation of standardised chains, we hope that the Choucas hostel will continue its original approach for a long time, testifying to a certain idea of living well. We fell by chance on this very pretty hostel, the setting is really authentic and well preserved. Breakfast at the top with excellent service and reception!
