Hardee’s - Le Mars

Hardee's in Le Mars, lost my business years ago. After this location was sold to new owners a while back, I thought maybe I'll give them another chance. Tonight was the night.Burgers, not made as requested. Ordered a super star, got a famous star. Meat, old and dry. Everything but the fries, cold. But the icing on the cake was finding a hair that did not come from me, in my burger.What happened to Hardee's? The reviews for pretty much all the Hardee's FB pages are disgusting. Almost as disgusting as the food.You're charging premium prices for dumpster trash. Done for good. Never again.

Just went there with my husband. We ordered through the drive thru. We ordered three doubles cheeseburgers. One was a monster and two were cheeseburgers. Not only did we have to wait for our order but they messed it up. The monster was the only double cheeseburger we got, the other two just had one patty. The curly fries were soggy. The only thing they got right were the drinks. We haven’t been there in a while but we thought we would give the place another chance. We regret it so much, and we felt like we threw 43 dollars down the toilet. Never again .

Food is decent. The staff here seems to not care at all about the customers and takes their sweet time moping around the store like they don't want to be there.

The fries were greasy, and the Frisco burger was not well toasted. They were out of salt and napkins at the self-serve station, so I went up and asked for them, and they were out of salt. There were plenty of employees there, but the tables were dirty and your shoes stuck to the floor.
