Hello, I ordered on your site on 05/12/2020 at 20h47 for an hour of delivery at 21h36 (or an already long time of 45 minutes). At 9:36 no one came, and no one contacted me by any means, phone, SMS, email, speedburger website. At 21:45, 21:55 and 22:15 I tried to reach you by phone, on these three occasions my call remained without any answer (and I waited systematically until the standard was closed). So I ate something else on my side. To my great surprise around 22:35 we rang at my door... Hello, it's the SpeedBurger!!!!! Yes as incredible as it may seem they put 1h48 and in view of other comments I am not an isolated case. To all who work at SpeedBurger Let me give you FREE not one but two lessons of courtesy: First: When you know that we're going to be very late, you communicate with the customer to prevent it!
