Service , View and food all very good . The boudin noir with apple tart and saffron sauce is a daring but surprising combination !

Stayed one night here having picked the hotel for location rather than anything else. We were, therefore, agreeably surprised to find that our evening meal in the restaurant was very good indeed. Portions were generous. I don’t think we could have managed the four course option unless we’d had an exceptional active day.

The breakfast includes Baguette and croissant orange juice and coffee/tea, and 3, sometimes half edible, fruits. Anything else is extra. Eating on the balcony over looking the river is a very good start to the day. We also eat 2 dinners, one in the main building and one across the street. We might have been tired or something, but we haven't really enjoyed the food. It was OK, but nothing to write home about. The staff is charming, polite and helpful.

Reception and unparalleled service. 2 menus 31 and 41€ with a good choice of homemade dishes. we will taste almost all the entries, dishes and desserts and presentation to tastes everything was perfect. Bravo!

We visited this restaurant near to our Gîte on two consecutive nights and wasn't disappointed on either occasion. Friendly welcome and superb French cuisine resulted in perfect evenings pity we have to leave tomorrow. Highly recommended!
