Pizza Hut - Layton

The pepperoni pizza was pretty delicious. Good, quick delivery.

This place is an absolutely joke. I put in an order for my kids and it said it would be 40—50 mins. Over two hours later, and on my 7th attempt calling the store. The girl at the store told me that they were just about to start it but they didn’t have a delivery driver. It was going to take over 3 hours to get a very simple order at a hotel two blocks away from the store.

$15.49 dinner box turns into $27 after tip. Delivery is now handled by Door dash and a 25—35 wait turns into a 49 minute wait that gets cold. The issue is not that it was a long wait, it's an issue because it takes 20 minutes to cook then 29 minutes to get a door dash driver to finally deliver. Will pass in the future

Quality has gone way, way down. Amount of toppings and sauce made for a dry tasteless pizza. Will be a long time before we come back to Pizza Hut. You cannot raise prices and cut quality.

Delivery was excellent, on time and followed no contact request. The pizza was cold and at first appeared to have a piece missing. All pieces were there but they had split apart and slid around in the box. The cheese was super cold. I asked for extra Marinara sauce and it barely had any at all. It was basically all dough. Very little sauce and cheese. Might have been someone's order from the day before that no one picked up?
