Hello, I am a daily customer of this bakery Marie Blachère in Laxou, the sandwiches are well provided, I appreciate the bread they make, the quality is irreproachable in general. On the other hand, being a daily client, I often notice overflows by the manager, Thierry of his first name. We can sometimes identify it to Thierry the joker, Thierry the malicious, or even sometimes to Thierry the dragger... I don't know what to do with charms while he's a married man! (I know he's on the phone with his wife on a regular basis during the noon shooting) So far, nothing bad (except for his wife), but unfortunately it's much more often Thierry the colic who is present, usually I hear him get mad with other customers or his employees, who crash all easily in front of Thierry the colic... Today, it's mine that he decided to take it! Despite the calm and courtesy of my request, he climbed directly on these great horses, stating that it was not the right day to ask him because staff is absent and that he is not in a good mood! So don't come mad! He told me. I, calm as I am, I simply ask him to speak with respect, to serve me and remind him that this is not a way of talking to a client, he got mad even more, saying that the customers have only to shut up and even refused to serve me! The time of the altercation, between 12:00 and 12:10, there must be a good 20 dozen people who attended the stage and who might judge Thierry’s behavior (and find him a little name, it’s really funny). Thierry, you are soon on vacation apparently, enjoy it to relax a bit and change behavior at work. Or better, change your work, this one is not for you. A good manager is not the one who screams the loudest. He is the one who, only by his presence, will inspire respect and the good way to work with his employees.
