Bidrage med feedbackAt this point, on the windows, entrances and elsewhere, shields indicating pandemic safety precautions (workers wear facial covers, time taken, which are allegedly present. NOT!!! Whether at the entrance window or in the restaurant, the majority of employees do not wear face masks or social distancing. I canceled my order 2x in the last two weeks.
Prefer more Cashier's. Overall experience was great. My one(1) stop shop for me and my Family.
Fix your attitudes. I ordered a medium iced vanilla sugar free latte with an extra espresso shot, the extra shot costing extra. Ordered through the app and picked up in the store. I also ordered a small vanilla milkshake but of course the machine was down so that part was cancelled. Then as I am standing there talking to the cashier, a polite older gentleman, I hear the girl making my latte say to another employee that she only added one shot of espresso and that it was too late. So when she handed me my drink, I asked her how many shots were in there and she gave me an attitude and said one. And I said I ordered two and she said no. I had the order right there on my phone clearly saying two. I?m addition to that, she made it in a size small when I ordered a medium.
Good experience. Cashier at first window was a really sweet older lady. She is what made our experience worth while. Thanks.
This is the second best McDonald's hands down, but they don't appreciate that the customer is always straight, and then confuse them order and then don't want to repair or trade as you lie. But the food is always delicious
