Panera Bread - Lawrence

I love Panera but this location really sucks. The staff there gives the impression as though they don?t really care or neither want to be there. Service is always slow, I?ve been to this location perhaps 5 times, and all 5 times it?s the same. Slow takingorders and communication is very poor. Pick up is another issue. If you ask for something it?s like I?m taking it from theirportion, super weird. Last trip there I repeated my order twice at pick up and still got the wrong sandwich. How is thatpossible when the receipts have your name on it and they called my name? I asked for bread as my side order, just put a piece ofcold baguette in my bag, It?s a bakery for god sakes, how bout you warm it up, no butter, no knife ???????????. The only way Iwould go back to that location is if I?m in the area and desperately hungry and no other option. Sad

I ordered a frontega chicken with extra spinach and received so little chicken and spinach compared to every other Panera I've ever been to : honestly super sloppy and just not well done. I love Panera but it's better to not go here (at least during busyhours)

This is my most frequent visit to the restaurant. The pumpkin soup and my daughter's favorite, the French onion soup, truly warm our souls.

Honestly, the service at this location has really declined. I went in today and ordered a salad online. I waited 25 minutes for just one salad, and when I asked an employee named Keya how much longer it would be, she rolled her eyes and then asked someone to make my salad, which had been placed a while ago. I understand that everyone has off days, but she was openly complaining about where her coworkers had put the bread right in front of customers, which is just unacceptable. When she finally called out my order, my brother went to pick up the salad, and she practically tossed the bag at him. To top it off, the salad was completely wrong—every modification I requested was done incorrectly. What a disappointment!

My favorite place for a double espresso and their turkey avocado club on sun-dried tomato bread with Chipotle sauce. #TasteExplosion Jared runs a well-organized operation, and Gia and David are often at the counter when I visit— they’re beginning to remember my order, which feels great.
