Revival Indian Thali - Lavasa

Tried veg gujarati thali ! A well balanced thali ..in the midst of hill top location. Served with choice of roti,fulka and rice. I also got a tour if their kitchen and got to practice rolling fulka Amazing experience overall.2

We had dinner at Revival, during our last trip to Lavasa. The Gujarati Thali was ok. Bhindi sabzi was nice. One can choose one of the three desserts for night. We chose moong daal halwa and gulab jamun. Both were good. I was a bit disappointed with the service. When we entered, the restaurant was about 50% occupied. But, the service was slow. We had to wait for chapatis abd ask multiple times for it. Dhokla and another starter, were not prepared. We were served Dhokla just before desserts came in. You lose the charm of Thali , if you have to wait for things to come.

Had been to lavasa first time and was more cautious for food as being strict Jain we were dicey but the food at revival was superb and was as expected the service was super quick for thali and was worth spending will surely visit again and also would recommend to have there

Awesome experience and very tasty food .... Ajeet maharaj , Kuldeep maharaj and Jeetendra as well as all the staff were very friendly..... Their kitchen tour is a worth go where u get to see their techniques amd cleanliness .... A must go for yummy food
