Bidrage med feedbackThe Show was thoroughly enjoyable. Our daughter really enjoyed the Taylor Swift show, but I am sure all shows are excellent!! The servers/actors are magnificent. The choreographies were very well developed and performed. The food was Very Very Good. We would thoroughly recommend!!
I have been to The Music Man MANY times and I still find myself laughing and truly enjoying the whole experience. Thank you to the performers who really put a lot of effort into making their customers smile!
A not to be missed place in the Lavalette, Ortley, Seaside Heights area. An incredibly talented crew there, delicious ice cream, and the most gracious owners Aggie and Josephine. We saw the Taylor Swift show and did not disappoint!!
This place was extraordinary. The waiters were singing and dancing all over the place. Likable by adults and children. You could just feel the joy and excitement in the air as they come over to your table asking you to sing a song based on your order.
Great Entertainment!!! Wonderful Singing and Dancing!!! Frustrating Policies and Management Communication. I recently visited The Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe in Lavallette, NJ, and had a mixed experience. The concept of singing servers and the lively atmosphere was definitely unique and fun. The performers were enthusiastic and did their best to entertain the crowd, which made the visit enjoyable, especially for kids. However, I found some aspects of the visit a bit frustrating. The reservation and cancellation policy is quite strict and confusing, with various charges depending on the timing of your cancellation. It made the planning process more stressful than necessary. Especially considering that some items on the menu are LESS than the cancellation fee. Additionally, the requirement for every person in the party to order ice cream or face an extra charge felt a bit rigid. Moreover, when I asked if there was a full house... The answer was 'Yes '. Suggesting that the cancelled seats were resold to maximize profits? Hmmm. When I brought up the confusing cancellation details from the website, Aggie, the ownership, seemed uninterested in addressing the concerns. It was clear that he didn 't want to be bothered with it, which was disappointing given the unclear policies. This added to the frustration of the experience. The ice cream itself was good, but nothing extraordinary considering the premium pricing. Also, it 's worth noting that the shop is cash-only, which can be inconvenient if you 're not prepared. Although there 's an ATM found in the back. They take credit cards for reservations and cancellations only. Hmmm. Overall, The Music Man is a fun place to visit if you’re looking for an entertaining night out with family, but be aware of the policies and plan accordingly. It’s a 3-star experience for me,—good, but with some room for improvement. The Entertainment Staff was Excellent. Review their website reservations and you 'll find the following isn 't clear: Cancellation Charges: It states that a cancellation within 24 hours of the event incurs a $16 per person charge. It also states that prior to 24 hours, a $5 per person charge applies for cancellations. The confusion arises in the following statement: I understand that cancellations 24 prior will incur a $5 charge per person. This seems to imply that if you cancel 24 hours before the event, you are charged $5 per person, which contradicts the earlier statement that cancellations within 24 hours incur a $16 charge. Contradictory Charges Based on Timing: The website says, Prior to 24 hours of the event, $5 per person will be charged for ANY cancellations. This is clear and straightforward. However, the next statement is I understand that cancellations 24 prior will incur a $5 charge per person, which is ambiguous. The word prior is unclear—whether it means within 24 hours or exactly 24 hours before the event is not clear.
