My recent dining experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. From the outset, the service was poor. The staff appeared disinterested and indifferent, leading me to question their commitment to customer satisfaction. It took an exceptionally long time for anyone to take our orders, bring our food, or provide water refills throughout the meal. Adding to the frustration, the manager's attitude was downright disrespectful. Instead of addressing our concerns, the manager acted rudely and seemed to take pleasure in belittling us. Their lack of professionalism was disheartening and left a negative lasting impression. The wait for our food was excruciatingly long, and when it finally arrived, it was merely average. The dishes lacked flavor and the presentation was subpar for a restaurant of its caliber. It was evident that little care was put into the food quality. This entire experience has convinced me to never return to this establishment. The poor service, disrespectful manager, and lengthy wait for mediocre food have compelled me to advise others to avoid this restaurant. Dining out should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, this restaurant failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer satisfaction.

We stumbled upon Calvi when the restaurant we planned to visit was closed and it turned out to be a great discovery. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering a range of gluten-free options. I ordered the steak, which was excellent, and my husband had the Atlantic cod, which was equally delicious. While it may not be the cheapest option, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
