Racines - Lausanne

The lunch I had was really good, a mixture of flavors and textures.

From all places where I like to spend time. With every visit the discovery of a palace of aromas and a warm welcome.

Delicious lunch and cake. My personal favorite is the Matcha latte. At 6hf, it's a little pricy, but you definitely get what you pay. Very recommended if you are in Lausanne!

Popped in for a morning coffee and muffin, but all of the menu looked delicious!

So delicious! Freshly prepared creative vegan salads, soups, bowls, wraps, omelettes, treats and much more... I've really never had such good quality and preparation in a restaurant!
