Beau Rivage Palace Hotel is a timeless hotel that offers charm and sophistication and its historic late 19th. Century cache in its belle époque shows both facade and fine detailed glass ceiling. The service is seamless and discreet and welcomes you in an unpredictable way. Its palace registration information is enhanced by a wealth of beautifully designed marble throughout the hotel This only complements the privilege of enjoying the brunch in La Terrasse, in the Rotunda, which is a modern extension that blends perfectly with the rest of the hotel. It is all light with partial glass ceiling and extended windows that offer views of the Geneva soil and the mountains beyond. Sunday brunch is mind boggling and wise of epic proportions choice, but nevertheless there is a consistency of the highest quality in our regular visits here over the years and recently 23 April. There was a juice bar with various fruit and vegetable juice. The cold appetizers were a dazzling series of seafood salads and terrines, such as Veal nicely cooked tender and medium with a mushroom sauce was exceptional, and accompanied by fresh green asparagus. There were also a number of other hot options. The patio counter did not leave a stone with an overwhelming selection of individual creative desserts with fine balanced aromas despite this signature dishes tart tatin creme brulee and chocolate mousse beautifully presented We don't have to look elsewhere for the ultimate brunch
Had breakfast here while staying at the hotel in 2015 and 2016. On both occasions food was tip top. The waiting staff are extremely friendly and not at all stuffy as you will find in some hotels. The lunch and wine service at the O Terrasse is exemplary.
