What a pleasure to be invited to the restaurant, to propose the bistro formula at the cedar hostel and to find, in the end, each so happy. Lunch on the shaded terrace, overlooking a splendid park that maintains the freshness of the place, between vineyards and garrigues. we were 5 adults and a 6 year old child around an oval table that adds to the conviviality of our moment together. one of the guests, does not venture and chooses the plate of the day, for 16€. the other 5 share 7 tapas for 47€. three chocolate mousses, for gourmets, some coffees, organic coffee as much as you can, and just at the price of a coffee at the counter in town! all for 100,70€., with the pichet of a local winemaker, very light red, perfect for tapas in summer ... good, I know the reputation of the house, and the winemaker in the pichet. I also knew pride in his wine cellar, the hostess of the place. and I admit that I was tempted by one or the other bottle on the map, each time with an appreciation. But I was invited, and it could have remained a family... So, the desire to renew! I think I'm gonna invite my son! Maybe, even out of the bistro formula, one night at the fraiche, to get him out of Montpellier!

It's always happiness the moments spent in the cedar inn and this time on the terrace one night it's idyllic. A warm welcome to professional and smiling staff. The cuisine always very refined and sought after. the tasting of the olive oil of combaillaux small more original. Don't let the summer pass without testing this beautiful place.

We've eaten deliciously and had breakfast here. Especially their home wine, per pichet, is from a high-profile quality. The ambiance and the atmosphere are all right, the service is top and kind. In breakfast, even a boiled egg. ! In the weekends, you can also have hotel guests lunch and dinner. You can eat tapas by week. By beautiful weather, you can use their outside terrace with a view of their garden.
