I went through the ride. I needed 30 seconds to read the menu. I was asked to order if ready. I started ordering, but I was asked to wait when the lady who took my order began to shout at someone. I ordered a regular Arby sandwich and a small order of potato cake with two Arby sauces and two horse sauces. I was instructed to move forward, and I would say the amount on the window. When I arrived at the window, I was told that my order came to $8.60. That was too high, so I said what?. The lady in the window was the one who had taken my order, started yelling at me not to hit me. Then she changed my price to $6.08 what it should be. Then I was told to move into a parking lot and wait. Someone brought my food after a waiting period. The store wasn't really busy. I opened my bag, but there was only one Arby sauce. I had to go to the store and wait back to the line to ask Sauce. When I put it in the register, it was the same lady I had treated before. She informed me that she could only give me an arby sauce with a sandwich, but that now that I came in, she would give me one of every sauce. Why didn't she just say when I was on the car? She turned and said to the other staff, what should I do with this man? I let them know I'm not back. She said she was the customer's store manager in front of me. If this leads the workers, this place is in trouble. I worked in Arbys when I was a kid in high school. How things have changed. I don't want the return from the staff to be treated like a problem. I go to the restaurants that treat me as if they want me to be a customer.
Very friendly staff. It's nice to have friendly, polite people. They seem to be little and far in today's world.
Accurate food order but had to ask for condiment several times and then when got food we had to ask again. Still didn't get my Arby's sauce.
John Owen's and the rest of the crew are absolutely amazing. Great food.
