Sarku Japan - Laurel

Huhn doesn't taste like real huh. the fried rice was not made right, it had white rice mixed and only a few ravages and carrots.

Eating was good, but the place was dirty. I wanted to change my baby's diaper and they didn't have a wrapper in the bathroom.

Sarku is pretty good. The server who took our order seemed like she wasn't having the best day and wasn't the most pleasant person to talk with. Food wise, I was pleased. We ordered the chicken bento box and chicken rice bowl with a side of mixed vegetables. Both were in a nice container and presented well. The chicken was tender and each came with extra sauce to put on top. The bento box also had California rolls and fried dumplings. I got a cup of water and it was obvious no one had drank water in a while because of the scaling minerals that were in the bottom of my cup. Overall the restaurant was pretty clean.

BEWARE of Scombroid Poisoning from Sushi here. I was hospitalized after developing hives, Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and faint spells 30 mins after i ate a bento box from here. It was only a california roll so nothing raw. If you search Scrombroid poisoning, it is the weirdest form of food poisoning since the bacteria is from shellfish and causes a induced Histamine reaction in your body and send you into anaphylactic shock no matter if your allergic to seafood or not. The bacteria itself causes this reaction. It is not a allergy. Please be careful. I almost died.

Again hangry has the best of me. my favorite sushi joint has not opened two hours, so what the ente beef bento was okay. very pleasant bark and rice salad was iceberg shredder without dressing, goyoza filling was economical, but the edge of the teigs was hard, I had to throw it like the crust of a cornish pastie. the Californian roll was without avocado surimi and fell apart when it was picked up. tee was a bag in a cup of hot water. So good, filled the aching chasma and did not make me sick. but I guess sarku is japanese for not even close.
