Mcdonald's - Laurel

This is one of the worst mcdonald's in the laurel area. always missing something. always stingy with fries and food, service sucks, there's some perv that asks for money and stares at you while you're ordering. do not go here if you have a choice go somewhere else

Had a terrible experience today at the drive thru due to the associate not understanding English! She gave me a complete different order and when the manager came she was giving me a hard time saying the associate told her that’s what i ordered! Then assured me of taking her picture because I was on the phone! I wish I did tho so I can post it on this review. Bottom line hire ppl who can speak and understand English to be at your drive thru at least!!!!! Stop messing ppl day been coming here for 7 years and nothing changed! I visit other macdonalds and they are more friendly and their managers don’t act bossy like this one!

Ordered 2 large sprites in Drive-Thru, received 2 large disgusting carbonated waters, no soda syrup. That's the only thing I wanted to go there and it was a FAIL. I didn't know until I was too far to go back. It wasn't the first time this happened. Pro Tip: ALWAYS taste your sodas before you leave. But you'll want you not to drink carbonated water...

Had a very good experience at this point with my wife. The food was served quickly and the service is simply great. Prices are convenient.

They were hot and the two chicken sandwiches were not fresh.
